Products are formulated to suit each Bakery sector and Bakels Fiji has a well established Sales and Technical team to service all types of customers. A special focus is on Food Service ingredients for Hotels and Caterers necessary for the busy Tourist trade in Fiji.
Local product development is carried out in our modern Test Bakery where we also provide training and product presentations.
Back-up support is provided from our Associate Company NZ Bakels from where we import some products not manfuactured in Fiji but manufacture on specialised equipment in NZ.
